Beyond Borders is a premium magazine designed specifically for the Romanian diaspora, Romanian business leaders, and members of Romanian diplomatic communities. The publication aims to bridge the gap between Romania and the global landscape, connecting Romanian culture, business insights, and diplomatic achievements to an international audience.
The challenge was to create a distinct, memorable brand identity for Beyond Borders that would resonate with Romanians living abroad while exuding the sophistication and exclusivity expected of a high end magazine. Creative Corporation's goal was to develop a brand that embodies the values of connection, pride, and global influence.
Creative strategy
Our strategy was to emphasize the magazine's role in transcending geographic and cultural boundaries. The name Beyond Borders conveys a sense of exploration and unity across different regions, and our design approach reflects this ethos through visual consistency and a color scheme that balances classic sophistication with modernity.
Logo design
The logo is a bold, sans serif typography that communicates strength and professionalism. The double "B" symbol within the logo serves as a minimalistic, yet powerful icon that reinforces the brand's identity. Each "B" mirrors the other, symbolizing connection across borders. The variations in color schemes provide flexibility, allowing the logo to adapt to diverse layouts while maintaining visual coherence.
Color palette and typography
The color palette incorporates both vibrant and subdued tones. The primary palette consists of bold colors like red, blue, and orange, symbolizing energy, diversity, and professionalism, while softer hues add balance and sophistication. These colors are paired with a minimalist and refined typography, ensuring the design aligns with the tastes of an international business and diplomatic audience.
Brand applications
